Privacy policy
BTC Prediction Backup is operated by its owner for personal market-research backups. This policy covers the backup utility and this informational website.
Data accessed and purpose
The utility uploads archive files from the owner's server to the owner's Google Drive. Archives contain collected market data and research metadata. With the drive.file permission, the utility accesses files it creates or files explicitly made available to it, including their names, identifiers, sizes, timestamps, checksums, and contents. It uses these data to organize backups, check upload integrity, and support recovery. Drive storage quota information may be checked to avoid exceeding available capacity.
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are used to authenticate these operations. The application does not request Gmail, contacts, or calendar access. Google Drive data are not used to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or determine trades.
Storage and protection
Backup files reside on the owner's server during preparation and in the owner's Google Drive after upload. OAuth credentials are stored in access-restricted configuration files on devices managed by the owner. They are not published on this website or included in backup archives. Production archive uploads are intended to use client-side encryption, with the recovery key held separately by the owner. Encryption and recovery must be verified before relying on an archive.
Sharing
Google processes files and authorization data as the Drive service provider. Server and network providers process data as needed to provide hosting and transmission. The operator does not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers, or publish backup files. Disclosure may occur if legally required.
Retention and deletion
The owner controls backup retention. Files remain until removed according to the owner's retention settings or manually deleted. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access but does not delete existing backups. The owner can delete backup files in Google Drive and empty the trash, remove local copies, and remove stored OAuth credentials. Provider retention policies may apply to residual copies.
Revoking access and contact
Access can be revoked through Google Account connections. For privacy or deletion questions, use the application's user-support email shown by Google during authorization. As this is a personal application, the operator and authorized user are the same person.
Website
This site uses no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and minimal error records to deliver pages and diagnose faults.
Google API user data
BTC Prediction Backup's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes to data handling will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
